Aurora Multimedia has appointed Daniel Adams as Director of Technical Services – EMEA, strengthening its technical leadership and customer support capabilities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
With more than 15 years of experience in the professional AV industry, Adams brings a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge and leadership experience to the role. He joins Aurora Multimedia from Visualization, where he served as Technology Director, helping drive technology initiatives, develop vendor relationships and support business growth.
His background also spans smart home technologies and professional AV systems, alongside Dante Level 3 certification.
Strengthening Technical Support Across EMEA
In his new position, Adams will oversee Aurora Multimedia’s technical services throughout the EMEA region, working closely with distributors, dealers, system integrators, consultants and end customers.
His responsibilities will include improving regional technical support, expanding product training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, and assisting partners with system design and integration. He will also focus on helping customers make better use of Aurora Multimedia’s growing range of AV solutions.
The appointment comes as Aurora Multimedia continues to develop its portfolio across AV-over-IP, control systems, intelligent audio and integrated AV technologies, increasing the importance of accessible technical expertise and reliable regional support.
