Martin Audio is expanding its footprint in China’s fast-growing enterprise AV sector through a new distribution partnership with Shanghai Univision (You Shi Wei Xin), a move that further strengthens the company’s ability to support consultants, system integrators and end users across the corporate, education and government markets.
The appointment adds another layer to Martin Audio’s established distribution network in China, joining Sino Huifeng and Guangzhou Guidance. By bringing in a specialist distributor with deep expertise in AV and IT integration, Martin Audio aims to accelerate the adoption of its professional audio solutions in large scale commercial and institutional projects throughout the country.
Under the agreement, Shanghai Univision has been appointed the sole distributor for Martin Audio’s Wavefront Precision WPS series, TORUS 820 constant curvature array and O-Line modular micro line array. These solutions have been selected for their suitability in enterprise, commercial and integrated AV environments where flexibility, speech intelligibility and consistent coverage are critical requirements.
The partnership reflects growing demand for sophisticated audio solutions across China’s enterprise landscape, where organisations are increasingly investing in technology that enhances communication, collaboration and user experiences.

The partnership was officially introduced to the market during a recent customer event in Beijing attended by more than 100 consultants, system integrators and dealers. Shanghai Univision also showcased the Martin Audio portfolio at Prolight + Sound Guangzhou, providing visitors with a closer look at the technologies now available through the new distribution arrangement.
