InfoComm India 2026 lands in Mumbai on 16–18 September — and the 2026 edition is on track to be the show’s largest to date. More than 300 global brands, over 14,000 industry professionals, and an expanded Summit conference programme comprising 40+ sessions delivered by 80+ expert speakers. The scale reflects a broader shift underway across India, as enterprises invest in smart infrastructure, immersive technologies and integrated experiences. InfoComm India has become the country’s definitive platform where technology providers and buyers meet to shape what comes next.
India’s Pro AV market stands at US$10.7 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach US$14.0 billion by 2030, according to AVIXA’s 2025 IOTA report. InfoComm India 2026, at Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC), is where the industry’s response to that growth takes shape — technologies launched, partnerships formed, and buying decisions made in person, at scale, over three days.
The Biggest Show Floor Yet
The exhibition spans five halls across two levels of JWCC — Pavilion Halls 1–3 and Jasmine Halls 1–2 — covering more than 10,600 square metres, up 17% on 2025 and still growing. More than 300 global brands are confirmed, headlined by Platinum Partners BenQ, Crestron, Epson, Harman, Shure and Vega, alongside 40+ first-time exhibitors and 130+ new product launches across the three days.
One practical note: visitors who only allocated a single day in 2025 consistently ran out of time. Plan for two — both levels reward dedicated attention, and the Summit runs concurrently.
What’s New in 2026
This year’s edition reflects an industry in transition. As AI-enabled tools move from experimental to operational, and as organisations increasingly favour integrated experiences over standalone hardware, InfoComm India 2026 has expanded its Summit programme and broadened its exhibitor base to match. The result is a show shaped as much by where the industry is heading — toward smart workplaces, immersive environments and connected infrastructure — as by where it has been.
Back by popular demand are two crowd favourites from 2025: the Smart Tech Stage, and AVIXA’s CTS Training, which returns to India for a second year following strong demand at its 2025 debut.
Building on a Record Year
The 2026 edition follows a landmark year for the show. InfoComm India 2025 drew 12,606 business attendees —end-user and buyer participation was up 28% on the prior year, a trajectory organisers point to as evidence of strengthening buyer participation rather than incidental growth. Nearly 70% of the show’s audience comes from the AV and IT channel, and nearly 1 in 2 attendees hold key or final decision-making authority within their organisations.
Taken together, the figures describe a market in the midst of a broader shift: rising enterprise investment in digital transformation, wider adoption of Pro AV technology beyond its traditional strongholds, and growing appetite among end users for integrated, rather than piecemeal, technology solutions.
