InfoComm India 2026 concluded after three days of high-value business, technology innovation and knowledge exchange, reinforcing its position as India’s fastest-growing and most influential platform for the Professional Audiovisual (Pro AV) and integrated experience technology industry. Held at the Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC), Mumbai, from 16–18 September, the twelfth edition welcomed 13,275 business attendees — up 5.3% on 2025 — from 49 countries, and, more tellingly for the exhibitors who returned and the many exhibiting for the first time, connected them with a senior, budget-ready base of buyers.

“InfoComm India reinforced that India is not only Asia Pacific’s fastest growing Pro AV market, but that it is innovative, ambitious, and serious about its position of growth. What stood out this year was the calibre of buyers in the room — senior, budget-ready and here to build. AVIXA is proud to champion the community driving that growth.” said Sarah Joyce, Chief Global Officer, AVIXA.

A Record Edition — and a Higher-value Audience

The 2026 edition represented more than 4,500 distinct organizations from 49 countries — up from 36 countries in 2025. The audience skewed decisively senior and commercial: nearly two-thirds came from the AV channel and one in three (33%) was a technology end user (end-user attendance up 4.1% year-on-year), with close to four in ten attending in owner, C-suite, director or head-of-function roles. Depth mattered as much as breadth: 41% of visitors came from organizations that sent three or more people, and 240 organizations sent five or more.

The roster of attending organizations underlines the point. Reliance sent an 85-strong delegation — most of them registered as end users — alongside buying teams from Godrej & Boyce, the Tata group, Mahindra, Larsen & Toubro and Adani. Global enterprises included NTT DATA, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, EY, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Boeing, Siemens, Honeywell, Nestlé and Shell; from BFSI, SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Barclays, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley. India’s public sector turned out in force — ONGC, ISRO, RBI, SEBI, Indian Oil, BPCL, BARC, C-DAC, DRDO, AIIMS, Mumbai Metro Rail, CPWD, Digital India Corporation, the IITs and the Ministries of Home Affairs and Rural Development — reflecting the technology agenda behind India’s national digital transformation.

A Hub for High-value Business

This year’s InfoComm India put real, funded demand in front of exhibitors. Across the whole audience, 54% of attendees arrived with an active, approved AV budget for the next 12–18 months, and 80% could influence, specify or decide on purchases. Some 23% held budgets above US$250,000 and 9% above US$1 million.

At the sharp end of that demand sat the curated Invited Guest Program, which brought 75 hand-picked, pre-qualified senior buyers — anchored in India with GCC participation — representing approximately US$328.5 million in declared live project budgets. Every guest was screened against budget, live projects and purchasing authority, and completed 824 pre-scheduled one-to-one business-matching meetings with exhibitors across the three days. Confirmed Invited Guest organizations included AMD, IKEA, Standard Chartered, Northern Trust, Biocon, IHH Healthcare, Hitachi Energy, NTPC, Ramoji Film City and NV5 (UAE).

Engagement ran deep across the expanded floor. Opening-day visitors rose 10.6% year-on-year, one in three visitors attended two or more days, and same-show repeat visits climbed 14.8% compared to 2025.

“The show is amazing. Most of the global brands are under one roof. Innovative technologies, AI-based systems, new product launches — everything is here. We have customers who are expecting solutions — audio-video walls and audio-video related projects. That is what we are working on, and that is why I am here,” said Manoj Rattan, CEO of Computech System.

Another Invited Guest, Narender Sharma, Senior Manager Technology, Ministry of Home Affairs echoed: “I would suggest people visit InfoComm India because this is a unified platform where you can find Pro AV solutions and the latest technology transformation in AV — and now AI is incorporated as well. It is a great opportunity to see the solutions they need for their organizations. Every kind of Pro AV exhibitor, solution and project is there.”

On the Show Floor: AI, New Launches and the Largest Footprint Yet

The 2026 edition marked InfoComm India’s largest footprint to date — 17% more exhibition space than 2025 — spanning three levels of JWCC: the exhibition across Pavilion Halls (ground level) and Jasmine Halls (Level 3), with Summit sessions and demonstration rooms on Level 1. AI was the defining theme: more than one in ten products on display featured embedded AI — from AI-powered cameras and intelligent audio to predictive AV management — running live rather than in slideware. With India’s Pro AV market on a US$14 billion trajectory by 2030 and AI a primary driver, buyers had a chance to assess what is genuinely ready to deploy.

The show also reinforced its role as India’s leading launch platform, hosting 130+ new product launches, including numerous global debuts and multiple Asia-first unveilings across display, audio, collaboration, control, digital signage and broadcast. Leading manufacturers — including Samsung, Shure, Crestron, BenQ, Epson, Harman, Vega and others — introduced AI-enabled solutions for the enterprise, education, government and broadcast sectors.

Learning from Industry Leaders: the InfoComm India Summit

The InfoComm India Summit delivered 43 sessions across 12 content tracks, featuring 102 speakers. The Summit drew 2,467 session attendances across the three days, with average session attendance rising 25% year-on-year — and climbing 58% on the opening day — as sessions drew fuller, more engaged rooms. The programme opened with the flagship session “Leading India’s Next Digital Leap,” headlined by Gopi Thangavel, Group CIO of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), and spanned AI, enterprise IT and cybersecurity, digital signage, immersive technology, learning spaces and live events. For the first time, attendees could also sit AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I and ANP certification exams on-site.

Industry Response and Community

Beyond the exhibition, InfoComm India strengthened its role as the meeting place for the country’s Pro AV community, hosting Xchange LIVE community meet-ups, guided show-floor tours, networking sessions and the AV Futures programme for students and young professionals, and drawing the backing of 17 influential industry associations and agencies across India’s Pro AV, technology, integration and vertical-market communities.

Hemal Bhatt, Founder and CEO of N-Labs, pointed to the calibre of the audience: “At InfoComm India, the audience we have seen — this year and last year — has been targeted towards exactly the profile we require: pro audio, AV, and the consultants and integrators who are the decision makers. This is a high-end show where those quality people coming for an exact solution to their requirements.”

“The value of the event is that we can see so many people in a short period of time. We have many major customers, large companies and Indian companies coming to visit us. Our channel partners, who we jointly go to market with, and our alliance partners are here. So it’s a great opportunity to meet people from all over India — all over the business infrastructure — in one place,” said Callum MacDougall, President, Enterprise Division, Jabra.

For Platinum Partner Vega — exhibiting for the first time under its merged identity as a FORTÉ company — the show underscored India’s strategic weight. Chief Executive Officer Steven Medeiros said: “India is mission-critical to us from an expansion perspective. We are already operating in three cities and will continue to expand into two more over the next six months. From a GDP growth perspective, it is the fastest-growing country in all of Asia Pacific, and we see that as an opportunity. With the merger with FORTÉ, we are now operating in 22 countries and over 70 cities. We have had clients from India all over the world, where before we had to use partners and couldn’t necessarily control the outcome. Going forward, India is going to be very instrumental in our growth strategy, and we will continue to invest in India.”

Building on India’s Momentum

As Indian organisations accelerate digital transformation, Pro AV has become essential infrastructure powering intelligent workplaces, hybrid collaboration, immersive learning, connected healthcare, smart retail and digital public spaces. By bringing together the complete Pro AV ecosystem — manufacturers, integrators, consultants, enterprise end users, government stakeholders and industry associations — InfoComm India has firmly established itself as the country’s definitive platform for the industry.

InfoComm India will return to the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, from 8–10 September 2027. With space booking for 2027 now open, interested brands and solution providers can secure a stand, explore sponsorships and partnerships at www.infocomm-india.com.
