Barco is bringing together three established meeting room technologies in a new ClickShare Hub Pro room system bundle, developed with Huddly and Shure and now Certified for Microsoft Teams.
Designed for medium-sized meeting spaces, the bundle combines Barco’s ClickShare Hub Pro with the Huddly L1 AI-powered camera and Shure’s MXA902 Ceiling Array Microphone and Loudspeaker, supported by the ANIUSB-MATRIX USB audio network interface.
The result is a meeting room system designed to address one of the persistent challenges of hybrid collaboration: making sure remote participants can clearly see and hear everyone in the room.
The Huddly L1 uses intelligent participant framing to keep people in view, while Shure’s ceiling-mounted microphone and loudspeaker technology handles room audio without requiring participants to sit close to a desk microphone. ClickShare Hub Pro adds wireless content sharing alongside the familiar Microsoft Teams Rooms experience, including one-touch meeting joining.
The modular approach also gives organisations scope to standardise their meeting room deployments while adapting the hardware configuration to individual spaces.

The new package also expands the range of certified room configurations available from Barco. The company now offers five ClickShare room system bundles certified for Microsoft Teams, giving customers options across different room sizes and AV requirements.
With the latest bundle, Barco is positioning ClickShare Hub Pro as part of a broader room technology ecosystem, combining wireless collaboration with intelligent video and networked audio rather than treating content sharing as a standalone function.
