NETGEAR Enterprise is stepping up its investment in the Asia Pacific market with the appointment of Surajit Sen as Head of Enterprise Business for APAC, alongside plans to deliver more than 30 training sessions for AV professionals across the region.
The twin announcements reflect the company’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing Pro AV markets. As organisations increasingly transition to AV-over-IP, NETGEAR is expanding both its regional leadership and technical enablement programmes to help partners, integrators and enterprise customers deploy and manage next generation networked AV infrastructure.
Experienced Leadership Drives Regional Growth
Surajit Sen joins NETGEAR Enterprise as Head of Enterprise Business for APAC, bringing extensive experience in building and scaling enterprise technology businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region.
“We are at a turning point for Pro AV-over-IP in this region. Enterprises want intelligent, connected infrastructure that delivers extraordinary experiences – not complexity. NETGEAR’s recently launched Align Controller platform, combined with our expanding regional team and partner ecosystem, puts us in the right position to lead this market”, said Surajit Sen, Head of Enterprise Business, APAC, NETGEAR Enterprise.
In his new role, Sen will lead NETGEAR’s enterprise business across APAC, with responsibility for expanding the company’s partner and distributor network, growing enterprise sales, and accelerating adoption of its Pro AV and SASE portfolio across key industry sectors.
“Surajit brings exactly the right combination of enterprise sales leadership and regional market knowledge to accelerate our APAC business. The Pro AV market in Asia-Pacific is growing fast, and we are investing accordingly – in leadership, in channel, and in the education programs that give our partners a genuine competitive edge”, explains Pramod Badjate, President and General Manager, NETGEAR Enterprise.
Building AV Expertise Across APAC
Supporting its regional growth strategy, NETGEAR Enterprise will also roll out more than 30 classroom training sessions across Asia Pacific for AV integrators, systems engineers and enterprise IT professionals.
The programme is designed to provide practical skills in AV-over-IP system design, deployment and troubleshooting, helping channel partners develop the expertise needed as demand for networked AV solutions continues to grow across the region.
Session dates, locations and registration details will be announced through NETGEAR’s regional partner and distributor network.
