Systems Integration India Awards – Indian AV’s very own celebratory platform of Crème de la crème in the domain of systems integration. Having evolved itself, and, in the process, the industry spirit of excellence through its seven editions from 2016, the event platform is already in the action mode for all the more promising 2026 edition- six months in advance to the event date, coinciding with the Day One of InfoComm India 2026, in Mumbai.

Take note, and brace up for yet another exciting edition of celebrating AV excellence where outstanding AV experiences take centre stage.

………………………………………………………………….

The big stage: SIIA 2025 award winners

“AV is nothing but an experience, a sheer experience- aurally, and visually,” said a top exec of systems integration firm during an informal chat at the boarding gate for Barcelona-bound flight at Dubai airport. “We all strive to better our best; every time we do, it’s a celebration, of experience.”

So very aptly said! When the whole big community of AV systems integrators – along with its fraternity of design consultants and OEMs – come together to experience and celebrate one another’s excellence, the camaraderie connotes a whole big experiential event.

Which is exactly what Systems Integration India Awards – fondly called in short as SIIA by the industry ranks – has identified and characterized itself, since its inception in 2016.

Through the past seven editions, SIIA has defined the Indian AV’s character and capability like nothing, with some of the projects celebrated on the big stage exceeding similar projects from the global stage.

While each year had been a revelation, the 2025 event held on 9 September redefined the whole experience of AV excellence to a new high. For, it not only broke new grounds in terms of awards domain, but also attracted AV projects from regions and companies hitherto not expected.

A record-breaking 62 entries from 38 organisations—including eight first-time contenders—brought unmatched energy to the competition. For the first time, the competition saw joint winners in two categories and one systems integrator walking away with three awards in one edition- a mark of the intensity and spirit of competitive excellence the brand SIIA could evoke amongst the whole spectrum of AV fraternity in the country.

The event had as many as 32 awards – the maximum till now – each honouring the very best in AV excellence; with seven categories spread across three budget ranges, with the competition getting as diverse as it was intense.

It also had four new Partners:

  • HARMAN PROFESSIONAL (INDIA) SOLUTIONS – as the AV Professional of the Year Award Partner
  • Televic Conference – as the first (newly constituted) Audio Conferencing Category Partner
  • NTECK SYSTEMS – as the new Corporate Category Partner
  • LOGIC AV – as the new Education Category Partner

Each of these four new partnership areas defined the growing excitement across the landscape of Indian AV. So much so that the 2025 edition had attracted interest from people operating from outside the country asking if they can become part of it.

Vibhav Singh and Sahil Dhingra

“We have been doing shows and attending events all over the globe- from the Americas to Australia; (but) we haven’t come across an event like this,” say Vibhav Singh, and Sahil Dhingra, the Founder-Directors of XTEN-AV, a first time special invites to the event. “It the industry in it is entirety- of experience and expertise,” they commend. “It’s a great setting for manufacturing brands like us to be able to interact with all the top AVSIs and consultants. It’s truly an amazing event.”

“It’s probably the best awards event one can get to see and participate,” they continue. “We would love to be not just attend, but be a part of this great cause.”

Trond Solvold

“For me as an OEM, it’s extremely cool the way the event is panning out; we’re all here because it has a story- a great story,” says Trond Solvold, Sales Director-International AV for Vioso GmbH. “I’m truly inspired by Indian industry, the expertise they are coming up with,” he endorses. “I’m happy for the incredible projects people do here, and the way the event celebrates it.”

Amardeep Behl

Says Amardeep Behl, Managing Director of Designhabit – the firm that won the premium budget range award in the Infotainment Category: “the hallmark of this event is the energy it creates; the excitement it fills, the expertise it brings to the fore, and the exultation it makes everyone to revel in. Something that we never see elsewhere.”

Reassuringly, it’s not just the winners who exult in the exuberance that the SIIA had been bringing to place; it is the commendation of the participants who have not been able to win an award at SIIA.

“It’s the most fair and clinically adjudicated Awards event- people tell me,” commended Sunny Sarid, Director & Principal Consultant at of Sound of Music India Pvt Ltd. “I hear this not from people who won, but from people who have not won,” he commented. “People have been seeing it over the years, and they have come to realize and commend the value this event creates.”

Sankarshan & Sriram (from right) receiving the SIIA Award in Education Category in 2025

For Bengaluru-based acoustic consultancy SONICS, it was a whole, new experience. “We were honestly sceptical about this whole thing,” says Sriram Director of SONICs- the acoustic firm that won the Consultancy Award in Education Category. “When Ram called us just to attend the event – we were not told about what was in store – we weren’t sure if we needed to make it,” he continues admittedly. “Coming here, and watching the nothing-like-it camaraderie, is a great revelation.”

“It’s just incredible feeling,” adds Sankarshan. “The methodology, the spectrum of industry gathering, and the opportunity of networking- that’s fantastic,” he commends. “Events like this go a long way in contributing to genuine growth of the industry, and catalysing a positive competitive spirit among the industry ranks.”

That being the excitement, you will probably not want to miss it out this time. So, mark the date, and brace up for the coveted celebration.
