The Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Auditorium in Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh is a distinct venue of its own kind. It stands out among the few auditoriums of spiritual nature in the country. For, not only the size and scale, but its structure too is unique for many reasons. The venue was treated with renovated sound reinforcement recently, featuring Yamaha Music solutions, integrated by Ujjain-based systems integrator Kritisha Enterprises.

In the realm of spirituality and self-discovery, the Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Auditorium, Uttar Pradesh stands as a beacon, attracting seekers of truth and wisdom. As a revered Yug-Pravartak saint and Founder of the Nathpanth, Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath’s teachings continue to inspire and guide millions. The auditorium, dedicated to his legacy, required an audio solution that would complement its grandeur while maintaining exceptional sound quality.
The challenge lay in finding a system that would seamlessly integrate with the auditorium’s décor without compromising on audio excellence. The organizers sought a solution that would cater to mid-to-large audio requirement of events and seminars. With a limited budget, the team had to opt for a point source speaker system with uniform coverage.
Enter Kritisha Enterprises, a trusted partner of Yamaha, who worked closely with the auditorium’s team to understand their requirements. After careful consideration, they recommended the Yamaha CZR/CXS series, a cutting-edge point source speaker system designed to deliver exceptional sound quality and coverage.
The results were nothing short of exceptional. At the heart of the FOH (Front of House) setup are the Yamaha CZR15 loudspeakers, powered by PX10 amplifiers, delivering powerful and precise sound reinforcement. Complementing them are CZR10 loudspeakers positioned as delay fills, driven by PC406-D amplifiers, ensuring consistent audio coverage throughout the venue.
For stage monitoring, the team opted for DHR12M monitors, featuring a coaxial compression driver housed in a uniquely contoured enclosure. This design enhances clarity and provides a smooth frequency response—perfectly tailored for accurate on-stage monitoring.
To extend the system’s low-end performance, CXS18XLF subwoofers were added, paired with PC412-D amplifiers. Together, they deliver a deep, impactful bass response that reaches as low as 29Hz, creating an immersive and powerful low-frequency experience.
In the green room, VXS8 full-range loudspeakers powered by an MA2120 amplifier offer clear, balanced sound for backstage communication and monitoring.
System control is centralized through a Yamaha TF5 digital mixer, which manages all wired microphones and oversees live and cultural event operations. Signal routing and processing are efficiently handled by the MTX3 matrix processor, which also integrates wireless microphones—effectively reducing feedback risks and ensuring reliable, high-quality performance throughout every event.
