HARMAN Professional Solutions has announced new six-year extended warranties on all new Crown product sales in 2020. All Crown products sold between January 1 and December 31, 2020 will automatically receive an extended six-year warranty.
This warranty extension applies to all markets globally, excluding Brazil, India, Russia, and China.

This warranty extension applies to all Crown products sold by HARMAN Professional Solutions, including products with 1-year, 3-year or 5-year warranties:
- Crown products with a 5-year warranty receive a 1-year warranty extension to 6-years total
- Crown products with a 3-year warranty receive a 3-year warranty extension to 6-years total
- Crown products with a 1-year warranty receive a 5-year warranty extension to 6-years total
