Kramer successfully concluded its Technology Enablement & Certification Program, held from 24 – 26 February 2026 at the Kramer APAC Office, in Singapore. The structured learning initiative was designed to deepen technical understanding, enhance solution design expertise, and provide hands-on experience with Kramer’s latest technologies.
Bringing together systems integrators (SIs), consultants and project management companies from Singapore, the three-day programme combined presentations, live demonstrations and hands-on experience. Participants gained practical insights into AV Signal Management (AVSM), AV over IP (AVoIP), Audio-over-IP (AoIP), collaboration solutions and Kramer Control platforms.

The Four-Day Training Agenda constituted:
Day 1 – AV Signal Management (AVSM)
The programme began with foundational concepts and an introduction to Kramer’s Series 3 portfolio, followed by hands-on demonstrations and guided experience centre sessions.
Day 2 – AVoIP, Control & Panta Rhei
Attendees explored AVoIP fundamentals, including JPEG2000, SDVoE, H.264 and H.265 technologies, alongside Kramer Control and the Panta Rhei platform. Interactive demonstrations provided real-world application exposure.
Day 3 – Dante, Audio & Collaboration
The focus shifted to Kramer Audio solutions, Dante and AoIP technologies, collaboration devices and an overview of Kramer Academy programmes and partner benefits. The day concluded with a wrap-up session and certificate presentation.
Christie Lim, Regional Sales Director, ASEAN, Kramer, explained that one of the primary objectives of the programme was to re-engage the Singapore AV industry through in-person training.
“The programme allowed us to demonstrate and share Kramer’s new solutions launched in the last quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of this year, some of which were showcased at ISE. It also gave attendees hands-on experience with our solutions while enabling us to discuss new AVoIP trends, emerging formats such as USB-C, and evolving signal technologies, ensuring participants stay abreast of the latest developments.”

Amos Yeo, Account Manager at Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd, shared his feedback, “The training has been useful in expanding my knowledge of Kramer’s AV system offerings. As an SI, this information will be valuable when proposing Kramer solutions to my customers.”
Christie Lim expressed satisfaction with the turnout and shared plans to make the Technology Enablement & Certification Program a recurring initiative, with more activities scheduled throughout the year.
The successful programme underscores Kramer’s continued commitment to empowering industry professionals with the knowledge, tools and confidence to design and deploy next-generation AV solutions.
