This month, we present a video of sound and light install at the famous Varasiddhi Vinayaka Swamy temple at Kanipakkam in Andhra Pradesh. A project commissioned by the Endowments Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, it was designed and executed by Chennai-based sound and light systems integrator Lux & Decibels. Done at an approximate cost of ₹ 3 crore, the project involved the deployment of lighting solutions from Rinbo and audio solutions from Pope Professional, besides a range of other AV brands.
Lux & Decibels Principal Consultant Shiva Pillai, and Rinbo Co-Founder Bart Hemelear led the project from front assisted by a team of professionals for what turned out to be an award-winning install (Systems Integration India Awards) even as it contributed to elevating the spiritual quotient among people besides increased footfalls.
The 45-minute sound and light programme simultaneously recounts in both English and Telugu the spiritual importance of the place in a very lucid and impressive style, fully worthy of the award it won.
