Designed for government and enterprise environments, the X5 Pro combines an eight microphone array with advanced noise reduction technology to achieve accurate far field voice pickup between five and eight metres. The device supports real-time transcription across 25 foreign languages and 19 Chinese dialects, helping bridge communication gaps in multilingual environments.
At the heart of the platform is a specialised meeting focused large language model capable of understanding 42 distinct meeting scenarios. The system automatically generates structured meeting summaries, transforming lengthy discussions into concise conclusions, key decisions, and actionable next steps.
Importantly, all processing is performed directly on the device, ensuring sensitive discussions remain secure and confidential without relying on cloud based processing.
To further support the event, AISpeech deployed an on site technical team that provided personalised multilingual transcription and minute taking services for delegates, earning positive feedback for the platform’s efficiency, accuracy, and security.
