LOGIC, the flagship visual solutions brand of Online Instruments (India) Limited, has unveiled the latest evolution of its ZX Series Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs), now powered by Android 16. The upgrade marks a significant step forward in the brand’s commitment to delivering intelligent, secure, and high performance collaboration solutions for education and corporate environments.
Previously running on Android 14 and backed by Google EDLA certification, the ZX Series now benefits from Android 16’s enhanced speed, AI driven capabilities, stronger security, improved privacy features, and more responsive multitasking. The result is a faster, smarter, and more intuitive user experience designed to support modern classrooms, training facilities, and meeting spaces.
Designed for Performance
At the heart of the ZX Series is an Octa Core processor featuring four Cortex A72 and four Cortex A53 cores, paired with a Mali G52 GPU, 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of onboard storage with TF card expansion. This combination delivers the processing power required for smooth presentations, real time annotation, and uninterrupted collaboration.
A Natural Writing Experience
Supporting up to 40 simultaneous touch points and 20 writing points, the ZX Series enables multiple users to interact with the display at the same time. The highly responsive touch technology delivers a precise and fluid writing experience, making it equally suited to interactive lessons, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative workshops.
AI Built for Smarter Collaboration
Every ZX Series display features NeoAI, LOGIC’s integrated AI assistant, designed to simplify teaching, training, and presentations.
Its capabilities include:
- Ask AI for instant answers and contextual information.
- Circle It. Know It to explain highlighted content in real time.
- Smart Mapping to automatically organise handwritten notes.
- Smart Test Builder for creating quizzes in seconds.
- AI Painter to transform sketches into detailed visuals.
- Video Pilot with live multilingual subtitles for greater accessibility.
These AI powered tools help educators and professionals create more engaging, interactive, and productive learning and meeting experiences.
Beyond Digital Whiteboarding
The integrated Note Pro application transforms the display into a comprehensive collaboration platform. Features include handwriting to text conversion, built in NCERT eBooks, GeoGebra integration, chemistry models, solar system simulations, multilingual support, a gamified quiz builder, and cloud based file management with support for PowerPoint, PDF, and flipchart formats.
Stunning Visuals, Flexible Connectivity
The ZX Series features a true 4K UHD panel (3840 × 2160) with 10 bit colour depth, 72 percent NTSC colour gamut, 450 nits brightness, and a 178 degree viewing angle, ensuring sharp and vibrant images from virtually anywhere in the room.
Connectivity options include HDMI, USB 3.0, USB C, DisplayPort, TF card support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, nine way wireless screen sharing, and split screen functionality, allowing users to connect and collaborate with ease.
