Sennheiser and Barco have successfully concluded a multi-city Collaboration Tour across India, bringing integrated hybrid meeting solutions to partners and customers in six major cities in February 2026. The tour showcased the combined capabilities of Barco ClickShare Hub and Sennheiser TeamConnect Bar solutions, certified for Microsoft Teams, giving attendees a first-hand experience of seamless wireless conferencing solutions for modern meeting spaces.

The tour travelled through Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore, bringing together more than 420 AV and IT professionals, system integrators, and enterprise representatives. Each stop featured live demonstrations, solution discussions, and partner enablement activities focused on meeting and collaboration environments.
This initiative highlighted how the Barco ClickShare Hub and Sennheiser TeamConnect Bar solutions work together to deliver seamless hybrid meeting experiences. A keynote presence from Microsoft at each city reinforced the credibility of the joint solution following its certification for Microsoft Teams, underscoring the strong alignment in delivering reliable and scalable collaboration environments. The Collaboration Tour also strengthened the strategic partnership between Sennheiser and Barco while equipping partners with deeper technical and sales knowledge of the bundled solution designed for meeting and huddle rooms.
Throughout the tour, attendees experienced the integrated bundle featuring Barco ClickShare Hub and Sennheiser TeamConnect Bars, which together deliver seamless wireless conferencing, high-quality video, and crystal-clear audio for modern meeting spaces. Certified for Microsoft Teams, the solution enables organizations to simplify hybrid meetings while ensuring enterprise-grade security, compliance, and standardised integration.
