The Rise AV Mentoring Programme is seeking experienced industry leaders across the Asia Pacific to join them as mentors for the 2026 cohort.
Rise AV Mentors are exceptional professionals of all genders, bringing deep expertise across the AV, live events, and production technology sectors. They are strong leaders, champions of diversity, and dedicated to supporting the next generation of talent.
Who can become a mentor?
✔️ Significant industry experience and subject expertise
✔️ Able to commit at least two hours of mentoring per month
✔️ Willing to support a mentee throughout the six-month structured programme
✔️ Based in the Asia Pacific region, including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, ANZ, and India
✔️ Commit to up to three country-specific in-person events per year
