The fourth webinar of the AVnTECH4Church series held on 20th October took on a different dimension. Unlike the past webinars where there was a presentation on a particular topic followed by Q&A, the fourth webinar was specially organised to answer technical questions from attendees on hybrid and streaming.
“During our webinars we realised that we did not have sufficient time to answer all the questions. We felt that taking a break from a presentation and answering questions would benefit our attendees as we want to ensure that we provide them with as much value as possible,” said David Lim, Director, Industry Engagement, Spinworkz Pte Ltd, the organiser of the AVnTech4Church series.
Attendees from the previous three webinars were encouraged to send in questions before the Q&A webinar to provide panellists with the opportunity to prepare the answers. “We did get a fair bit of questions which the panellists answered and we also kept the window for the live questions longer which helped those who were still seeking answers,” added David.
Around 180 attendees from the region tuned in for the whole session. “It goes to show that there are still technical concerns that attendees are hoping to resolve and we are glad we did this Q&A webinar to help them along,” said Robert Soo, who was one of the panellists.
