The significance of the worshipper’s journey cannot be overstated. Their experience is paramount, as it is what leads to fulfilment and receptivity to the divine message.
Central to crafting this experience are the Audio Visual solutions seamlessly integrated into the worship space. Yet, the efficacy of these tools in shaping the worship experience ultimately rests in the hands of the operators. Thus, it becomes imperative for technical or facility managers, pastors, and worship leaders to make informed decisions regarding the implementation of appropriate AV solutions even before they are utilized by operators.
This two-day event is dedicated to addressing and disseminating essential insights for selecting and implementing optimal AV systems tailored to enhance worship services.
Perkembangan peserta ibadah memang sangat signifikan. Pengalaman mereka sangat penting, karena hal itulah yang menghasilkan keterlibatan, keterpenuhan, dan penerimaan pesan ilahi.

Karena efektivitas alat-alat ini dalam membentuk pengalaman pujian dan penyembahan pada akhirnya terletak di tangan operator, maka adalah keharusan bagi para manajer teknis atau fasilitas, pendeta, dan pemimpin pujian untuk memahami dan membuat keputusan yang dilandasi informasi mengenai implementasi desain dan solusi AV yang tepat.
Acara dua hari ini didedikasikan untuk membahas dan menyebarluaskan wawasan penting dalam memilih dan menerapkan solusi AVL optimal untuk pelayanan ibadah.
Spinworkz Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, is the publisher of two trade titles that have been serving the AV and lighting industries in Asia for more than 20 years. The trade titles are Systems Integration Asia (SI Asia) and Entertainment Technology Asia (ETA). Other than publishing the titles, Spinworkz strives to provide knowledge based programmes and training to the industry and end-users to help them with their work journey. The company to date has been responsible for the following:
- Brought the FIRST ever SynAudCon training to Singapore in 2014.
- Organised the FIRST Houses of Worship AV technology event in the Philippines in 2016.
- Brought to Southeast Asia the FIRST DANTE training in 2017.
- Brought to Asia the FIRST SDVoE training in 2018.
- Organised the FIRST ever series of Houses of Worship Webinars for Southeast Asia in 2021.
In 2016, Spinworkz together with Robert Soo embarked on an unprecedented journey, orchestrating the inaugural technical extravaganza tailored exclusively for the Houses of Worship Community in the vibrant Philippines. Across two electrifying days, the event became a bustling hub, drawing in over 300 church members hailing from nearly 100 diverse church organizations.
Fast forward to 2021, and Spinworkz pioneered yet another groundbreaking initiative: the Houses of Worship Webinar series. This virtual phenomenon transcended borders, captivating over 1000 eager attendees from various church communities across the region. Across eight captivating sessions, the webinar series delved deep into the intricacies of ensuring a seamless visual and audio experience during church service streaming.
Amidst the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, many churches found themselves grappling with the daunting task of navigating the digital realm, compelled to adapt to the new normal. Spinworkz recognized this pressing need and crafted the webinar series together with Robert Soo, as a beacon of guidance, providing invaluable insights and practical solutions to troubleshoot technical hurdles and elevate streaming proficiency. It was a transformative journey, empowering churches to embrace technology and transcend limitations, all in the pursuit of delivering their message with unwavering clarity and impact.

Pada tahun 2016, Spinworkz bersama Robert Soo memulai sebuah perjalanan yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya, dengan mengadakan pertunjukan teknis perdana yang dirancang secara eksklusif untuk Komunitas Rumah Ibadah di Filipina yang dinamis. Robert Soo boasts extensive experience in the music and audio industry since the mid ’80s, spanning studio recording, music arrangement, stage performances, live sound engineering, and system design. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, he was elected Chairman and Advisor of the Audio Engineering Society in Singapore in 2000. With a rich background as a proficient worship leader and musician, he served as both Technical Director and Worship Pastor of a 10,000-member church for over 7 years during the ‘90s.
Following this, he was recruited by a US multinational company to join their Research & Development division, where he played a pivotal role in developing professional microphones and audio devices, accumulating numerous design patents during his more than 10-year tenure leading the R&D group. Subsequently, Robert established Cogent Acoustics, a consultancy firm specializing in AV & Acoustics System Design and Training Services.
Throughout his career, he has conducted numerous seminars and workshops and provided consulting services to various commercial, educational institutions, and houses of worship. Robert’s vast experience uniquely positions him to present in a non-biased manner.

Selanjutnya, Robert mendirikan Cogent Acoustics, sebuah perusahaan konsultan yang mengkhususkan diri dalam Desain Sistem AV & Akustik serta Layanan Pelatihan.
Sepanjang kariernya, ia telah menyelenggarakan banyak seminar dan lokakarya serta memberikan layanan konsultasi kepada berbagai institusi komersial, pendidikan, dan rumah ibadah. Pengalaman Robert yang luas membuatnya mampu menyampaikan materi secara objektif dan tidak berpihak.
