Intinor has appointed Ideal Systems as its authorized reseller across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, a move that significantly strengthens regional access to resilient, broadcast-grade IP video contribution and transport solutions at a time when demand for distributed production continues to accelerate.
Under the partnership, Ideal Systems will integrate Intinor’s contribution, backhaul and streaming technologies into its broader broadcast and professional AV offerings, supporting broadcasters, media organizations, live production teams and enterprise users operating in high-pressure, latency-sensitive environments throughout Southeast Asia.
Intinor’s reputation has been built on delivering reliable broadcast-quality video over unmanaged networks through its proprietary Bifrost transport protocol. Engineered for unpredictable real-world connectivity, Bifrost combines forward error correction, retransmission logic and adaptive bitrate management to maintain stable performance across public internet infrastructure. The platform is widely deployed across live broadcasting, remote production, news gathering, sports and esports workflows where uptime and signal integrity are non-negotiable.
Ideal Systems brings complementary strengths, providing end-to-end services spanning consultancy, system architecture, integration, deployment and long-term operational support. Its established footprint across the three markets, combined with expertise in cloud, IP media and AV convergence, that positions the company to support complex, large-scale deployments of Intinor solutions in mission-critical scenarios.
A central pillar of the collaboration is alignment around NDI ecosystems. Ideal Systems is one of the region’s most experienced NDI integrators, building on Intinor’s native protocol support introduced in 2019. The partnership is further reinforced by Intinor’s latest software release, which adds compatibility with NDI 6.3 alongside advanced configuration capabilities through Intinor Direkt Management (IDM), enabling more flexible and scalable IP production architectures.
“Our presence in Southeast Asia continues to grow, and partnering with Ideal Systems is an important step in strengthening how we support customers locally,” said Daniel Lundstedt, Head of Sales and Marketing at Intinor. “Ideal Systems brings strong regional expertise and a deep understanding of broadcast and live production workflows. Together, we can deliver reliable contribution solutions that meet the practical demands of live production across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.”
“We are delighted to work more closely with Intinor as an authorized reseller,” said Fintan Mc Kiernan, CEO SEA, Ideal Systems. “Intinor’s contribution and streaming technologies align strongly with our focus on resilient, IP-based media solutions, enabling our customers to operate confidently in demanding broadcast and live production scenarios.”
The partnership will be showcased at the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union Digital Broadcasting Symposium (ABU DBS), taking place from 30 March to 2 April 2026 in Kuala Lumpur. Demonstrations at Booth 17 will feature Intinor’s Direkt router, Direkt receiver and Direkt Link platforms, highlighting real-world applications across live contribution, remote production and high-quality video delivery over both public and private networks.
