Humly, a workplace experience company with more than a decade of innovation for modernizing business environments, confirmed the immediate availability of new accessibility and collaborative workplace features for Humly Visitor and Humly Floor Plan, both previewed at ISE 2025 in February.
Humly Visitor and Humly Floor Plan represent two of Humly’s four interoperable platforms across its software suite that help people navigate the challenges of the modern workplace. All four can be used in varied combinations for use on Humly’s award-winning premium hardware products (Humly Booking Device and Humly Room Display) and third-party platforms from approved partners.
Self-Service and Accessibility
Humly Visitor is often the first Humly software solution in the corporate partner’s or end customer’s journey upon entering the building, offering a warm welcome as visitors walk through the doors and into the main lobby. Visitors can step right up to interface (such as a tablet or kiosk), check in and approve of terms and conditions on any screen they choose.
Available immediately, Humly has added multi-language features to Humly Visitor that support up to 29 languages. All languages can be set to default for check-in/check-out processes, sending email and/or SMS notifications to hosts in the same language as visitors arrive. Visitors can select a different language at check-in, ensuring consistent communication and a more user-friendly experience for global visitors. Humly will soon add a pre-registration feature to Humly Visitor that will enable self-check-in/checkout services and simplify how office personnel plan and manage daily operations
Closer Collaborative Environments
Humly Floor Plan specifically addresses the challenge of booking workspaces in hybrid business environments with flexible, dynamic worker schedules. The product provides a comprehensive 3d overview of meeting rooms, desks, and now parking space availability on each floor, in each building, and every garage, providing a true enterprise-level solution for any business office or campus.
Humly today confirms immediate availability of its Find a Colleague feature, which was previewed in Humly Floor Plan at ISE. Also available within Humly Reservations, the new feature allows users to locate colleagues and book an adjacent room or desk to invite closer collaboration both on current and future dates. Users can also search for colleagues and resources such as rooms, desks, or parking spaces to check their availability for a single day and make bookings effortlessly.
