The 12th Edition of Beijing InfoComm China will be held on 26 to 28 March 2020 (Thursday – Saturday). This year, the show will end on a Saturday, catering to busy business visitors. China National Convention Centre (CNCC) will once again be the location, providing continuity and familiar context for both local and overseas exhibitors and visitors.

All of CNCC’s exhibition halls, covering 68,000 sqm, will be occupied.

The sprawling spaces will showcase the latest and most cutting-edge Professional AudioVisual (Pro-AV) and Integrated Experience solutions of over 450 technology innovators from China and the world.

Running concurrently with the exhibition are the Summit and Next Integrated Experience Technology (NIXT) Conference, which will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and insights between industry experts, leaders, managers and business end-users. .

THE EXHIBITION
Beijing InfoComm China 2020 continues to attract leading solutions providers and brands. These include global brands such as Crestron Electronics, Epson, Harman, Poly, Shure, Sennheiser Electronic and Yamaha; and renowned Chinese companies such as AOTO, Changhong, Dahua, Hikvision and Leyard.

The 2020 instalment of Beijing InfoComm China is expected to expand beyond the 2019 Show, fuelled by strong response from repeat and new domestic and overseas exhibitors.

Many of them will be demonstrating disruptive technologies such as IoT, AI and 5G that will transform businesses and user experience. About 80% are returning exhibitors from past shows, with updated offerings.

The increasing trend in number of exhibitors choosing Beijing InfoComm China to launch new products and services further promises visitors a showcase that will excite their senses and businesses. Over 100 exhibitors will be launching either globally-new or new-to-region products and solutions.

“In a rapidly evolving landscape, both industry players and business end-users are seeking informed and reliable sources for information and solutions on pro-AV and integrated experience solutions,” said Richard Tan, Executive Director of InfoComm Asia.

“Over the years, Beijing InfoComm China has evolved its strategy and platform in alignment with industry changes in order to stay ahead of the game. It has established itself as the reliable source to which professionals and practitioners can turn for all credible information on this dynamic industry.”

THE SUMMIT
In line with InfoCommAsia’s transformational strategy, the Beijing InfoComm China 2020 Summit will feature new formats and platforms which sharpen focus on specific segments of the pro-AV ecosystem.

Enduring collaborations with leading trade and industry associations and publications ensure presentations and discussions are relevant to current and future needs of businesses across all industries.

A new forum, AV Leaders Connect has been designed for AV-industry C-suite executives to exchange views and information on the impact of disruptive technologies on the future of their industry; and on implications to solution providers and business end-users.

Focusing on mid-level management, AV Managers Day will feature technical and hands-on discussions, seminars and workshops for managers to learn best practices, know-hows and management skills using AV solutions, so as to strengthen their operational and project management capabilities.

This flexible programme allows attendees to select the sessions they want to attend over the three days so that they can maximise the benefits of their participation.

NIXT CONFERENCE
The NIXT Conference will return for the second year with an expanded program featuring a 4-session conference, focusing on the transformative power of six technologies – namely AI, IoT, Robotics, Smart Wearables, Extended Reality and 5G – on manufacturing, smart cities, retail, and entertainment and media.

PRE-REGISTRATION
Visitor registration of Beijing InfoComm China 2020 is now open. Visitors can view latest updates and pre-register for the show at www.infocomm-china.com.
