As professional AV and digital engagement technologies increasingly converge, the challenge for technology providers is no longer simply building more solutions, but making increasingly broad portfolios easier to understand. Uniguest is addressing that challenge by bringing three of its established technology platforms under a single brand architecture.
Effective immediately, Tripleplay becomes Hub AV, eStream becomes Hub Media, and pCare becomes Hub IPS. The three legacy brand names will be retired, joining Uniguest’s existing Hub Digital Engagement Platform under a common identity.
The move represents the next phase of Uniguest’s broader Hub strategy, following the relaunch of Otrum as Hub at ISE 2025. It also reflects the evolution of a company whose portfolio has expanded through a combination of organic development and acquisition.

Rather than introducing new technology, however, the rebrand is intended to make the technology Uniguest already has easier to navigate.
For customers, the change is largely cosmetic. The underlying platforms, product roadmaps, expertise and support teams remain in place.
Under the new structure:
- Hub AV, formerly Tripleplay, provides IPTV, digital signage and video distribution technology for enterprise, hospitality, sports, corporate and other professional environments.
- Hub Media, formerly eStream, provides media management, enterprise video and content delivery capabilities.
- Hub IPS, formerly pCare, focuses on interactive patient experiences for healthcare providers.
Alongside these platforms sits Hub, Uniguest’s Digital Engagement Platform, which provides a unified environment for managing and delivering digital experiences across hospitality and other markets.
The strategy reflects a wider issue facing technology companies with increasingly diverse portfolios. As businesses acquire specialist platforms and expand into adjacent markets, customers can end up navigating a collection of familiar but disconnected brands, even when those technologies sit within the same corporate ecosystem.
James Keen, EVP Marketing at Uniguest, said: “Tripleplay, eStream and pCare have built incredibly strong reputations in their respective markets, and we recognise the trust and recognition associated with those names. While those names are changing, the technology, expertise and relationships behind them remain. Bringing the platforms together under Hub gives us a clearer, more unified identity for the future.
“Moving to Hub AV, Hub Media and Hub IPS makes it much easier to understand how our platforms fit within the wider Uniguest portfolio. The technology, people and commitment our customers know remain exactly the same, but we now have a unified family of platforms that better represents who Uniguest is today and where we are heading.”

The move also points to an increasingly integrated view of digital engagement, where IPTV, digital signage, video, content management and interactive experiences are less often treated as standalone technologies and more as components of a broader digital ecosystem.
Uniguest’s Hub portfolio now spans hospitality, sports and entertainment, enterprise, education and healthcare. By placing its flagship platforms under one identity, the company aims to create greater alignment across its technologies while giving customers and partners a clearer route through its expanding portfolio.
The new Hub names take effect immediately.
