Managing AV and UC gear from a dozen different manufacturers has long been a headache for IT and integration teams: a tangle of separate dashboards, siloed monitoring tools, and reactive troubleshooting. Legrand | AV and Xyte are taking direct aim at that problem.
Building on a 2025 initiative that first connected Legrand | AV product lines to the Xyte cloud, the two companies have now expanded RackLink Cloud into a fully vendor-agnostic platform. Through Xyte’s open Connect+ ecosystem, users can monitor and control third-party AV and UC devices alongside Legrand | AV’s own products — all from a single interface.
The expanded platform introduces four key capabilities:
Multi-vendor device support brings third-party AV and UC manufacturers into a single cloud dashboard alongside Legrand | AV products, eliminating the need for separate management tools across brands.
Workflow automation lets administrators design and deploy automated routines for tasks like scheduling power cycles, triggering alerts, or initiating remedial actions when issues are detected — reducing manual intervention and improving consistency.
Enhanced analytics deliver real-time and historical insights into device performance, usage patterns, and energy consumption, giving IT and AV teams the data they need to make smarter decisions.
AI Teammate embeds Xyte’s virtual assistant directly into the platform, offering context-aware recommendations and guided diagnostics to help technicians get ahead of problems before they cause downtime.
These build on capabilities already in place, including predictive maintenance and remote service workflows.
The platform debuted at ISE 2026 in February, where it picked up a Best of Show Award from *Installation* magazine.
