ISE – while it spells a magical passion and pride for most AV professionals across the globe – means many things to people. It is a brand reiteration for OEMS; a technology exploration for consultants and integrators; expanding business opportunities for distributors; measuring tech dynamics for media; and exploring newer horizons for debutants.
In what is seen as the ‘youngest exhibitors’ at the ISE this year (or youngest ever?) a very young Indian entrepreneur-duo debuted their AV firm at the mega AV event. WILYER.COM
SIAsia was quick to connect with Rahul Shyokand, Co-Founder, and Dev Kartik Agarwal, Managing Director of Wilyer. Both into their mid-20s, they are a sort of statement of ISE reputation as well as Indian AV going places, literally.

SIAsia: Tell us about Wilyer, and your profile…

RAHUL & DEV: Wilyer.com is a digital signage software solutions company based in Gurgaon, founded by we three university classmates from GD Goenka University- Rahul Shyokand (Co-founder), Dev Kartik Agarwal (Co-founder & MD), and Amit Dagar (Co-founder & CTO). Starting the company at age 20, we leveraged our technical background to develop an indigenous content management solution from the ground up. By navigating the AV industry and building a strong network of display OEM executives, we have established Wilyer as a trusted provider of use-case-oriented software solutions for digital screens.
SIAsia: What made you set up Wilyer? What does it mean?
RAHUL & DEV: The idea for Wilyer originated as we noticed the rapid surge of digital displays in public and out-of-home locations. As mobile penetration grew, organizations of all sizes across every sector began adopting TV displays and LED walls. We saw a clear opportunity to build a robust remote management solution. Our goal was to develop a platform that allows for the central management of large-scale screen networks, enabling users to push fresh content and campaigns to thousands of displays in just a few clicks.
This vision motivated us to start Wilyer, a name that stands for “Wireless Flyer” representing our ability to deliver flyers and ad campaigns wirelessly across any network. Thankfully, since our early days, leading digital screen manufacturers have recognized the value of our software, partnering with us to provide a user-friendly way to deploy and manage screens across various industries.
SIAsia: How old is the company? What is its core competence?
RAHUL & DEV: Established in May 2019, we have maintained a sharp focus on delivering digital signage software that caters to a vast range of industries, including airports, hospitals, retail, DOOH advertising, banks, and government institutions. Over the past six years, our diverse deployments have allowed the Wilyer CMS to evolve into a feature-rich ecosystem.
Today, we offer specialized solutions including:
- On-Premise Digital Screen Management: Tailored for high-security sectors like Banks and Hospitals
- Digital Menu Board Software: Designed specifically for QSRs and Restaurants to manage real-time pricing and visuals
- Digital Notice Board Software: Streamlining internal communication for Corporates and Government bodies
- Queue Management Systems: Enhancing the visitor experience in Hospitals and Banks
- Room Scheduling Systems: Optimizing workspace management for modern Corporate Offices
As we continue to introduce new solutions to the market, our mission remains to make digital screens more dynamic. We work closely with AV solution providers to solve real-world operational challenges and delight enterprise customers with software built for their specific needs.
SIAsia: What made you take to ISE 2026 show floor?
RAHUL & DEV: Our primary goal was to connect with leading global AV companies and present the specific signage software solutions they require for project delivery. We observed our partners and industry peers actively attending ISE, and the event having a big reputation in the market. Having already made a strong ground at home, we wanted to explore our opportunities in the European market.
SIAsia: Was it by your own reckoning that you must connect market from
ISE? or some referral by someone- or how?
RAHUL & DEV: Having been in close connect with Indian AV fraternity, we had participated in InfoComm India in both 2024 and 2025 which gave us tremendous ROI. In the process, we became aware of ISE through word-of-mouth and constant visibility from our partners mentioning it as their annual European digital signage event where they explore latest technologies at scale. Considering the strong organic visibility of ISE and InfoComm India, we decided to put these two events on our radar to be present and increase visibility as a CMS brand which can be considered for global projects and deployments.
SIAsia: How was your experience from the event?

RAHUL & DEV: As ISE 2026 was our first global exhibition with a booth in the Innovation Park, it gave us the opportunity to meet AV companies and host offline meetings with our existing network. Through live software demos and product partnership discussions, we used this event as a stepping stone to scale our services for AV companies and enterprises globally.
For us, ISE is not only a platform for visibility but also a place to build partnerships with ecosystem companies like display manufacturers and media player providers. Notably, we initiated collaborations with the Amazon team to make Wilyer available on the Amazon SignageStick. We are also building partnerships with BrightSign to ensure Wilyer CMS compatibility with their enterprise-grade hardware for LED walls.
We also met the Bluefin team to partner on their specialized displays for various verticals. Our time at ISE focused on building these strategic alliances and gaining traction for our latest solutions.
SIAsia: Were you able to attract any potential customers?
RAHUL & DEV: We saw decent traction from hospitality industry system integrators exploring IPTV Streaming, as well as from the healthcare sector for Queue Management solutions to optimize patient flow.
SIAsia: Would you want to exhibit at ISE 2027?
RAHUL & DEV: We will. We would want to capitalize on the momentum we gained now. In future exhibitions, we would also align our solutions even more closely with global demand, backed by positive case studies from our work with large AV enterprises.
SIAsia: On the tangent, what technology, from what booth attracted your attention, why?
RAHUL & DEV: Our team actively explored new technologies on the show floor. A few companies appeared standing out, specialized in E-Ink Digital Signage Displays, which are ideal for low-voltage dynamic nameplates or pricing displays. We are currently exploring opportunities to make our software compatible with E-Ink technology.

That apart, we were fascinated by Nexmosphere’s sensor technologies. We see a great potential in integrating these sensors with our CMS to enable interactive retail solutions, such as “Lift and Learn” experiences.
SIAsia: What takeaways for you from the event?
RAHUL & DEV: Our main takeaway from ISE 2026 is that the global market is shifting toward integrated experiences and specialized solutions for each vertical, rather than just passive displays. The high interest in our collaborations with partners like Amazon and BrightSign confirmed that hardware-agnostic, reliable software is a top priority for international system integrators. The event validated our product roadmap, specifically our focus on real-time triggers and industrial integrations proved that Wilyer is ready to compete and scale on the global stage.
