QSC has announced a new integration between Q-SYS™ and ServiceNow, designed to bring audiovisual systems directly into enterprise IT workflows and simplify how organisations manage, support, and scale their AV environments.
The integration connects Q-SYS data with the ServiceNow AI Platform, enabling secure, automated data exchange that accelerates response times, improves visibility, and enhances user support across large-scale enterprise deployments. By aligning AV system intelligence with established IT processes, the collaboration helps organisations eliminate silos between AV and IT teams.
Developed as part of the ServiceNow Partner Program, the Q-SYS Reflect® application is available through the ServiceNow Store and delivers automated AV system data directly into ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Build Partner, Q-SYS enables customers to natively incorporate AV technologies into existing ServiceNow workflows without custom development.
The integration streamlines configuration by automatically feeding AV system data into ServiceNow applications such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This supports automated ticket creation, real-time inventory updates, and more efficient issue resolution—while reducing the need for additional training by allowing support teams to work within familiar ServiceNow environments.
