Reinforcing India’s status as a critical engine for the global Professional Audiovisual (Pro AV) industry, InfoComm India 2025 concluded on 11 September at Jio World Convention Centre, serving as the nexus for technology innovation, business strategy, and high-level networking. The show brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and enterprise buyers to address challenges and unlock opportunities.
This year’s edition recorded 28% technology end-user attendance, a 17.2% YoY rise over 2024, with international visitors from 30 countries. India’s prominence as a Pro AV hub was further underscored by 75 high-value Invited Guests from across India and the Middle East, fostering leadership conversations across multiple verticals.
The event was graced by Shri. Ashish Shelar, Honorable Minister of Information Technology and Cultural Affairs, Government of Maharashtra. He remarked: “I must congratulate InfoComm India for organizing such a wonderful exhibition. The power of technology and the real products which can make a Viksit Bharat… and the way to do this is through smart solutions. This can be clearly seen at this exhibition. A new US$400 million government budget for India’s Ministry of Culture is set to accelerate demand for Pro AV. Prioritizing digital storytelling and heritage site integration, it aligns with a tourism sector projected at US$231.6 billion. Reflecting this, the show welcomed buyers from Ramoji Film City, Groove Temple Entertainment, Directorate of Museums, Government of Assam, and Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation.

The Invited Guests Program generated immediate business momentum, welcoming 75 decision-makers from India, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and the UAE. Representing projects worth US$100 million in the next 12–18 months, guests engaged in curated business matching and guided tours. Delegates came from critical sectors such as smart cities, enterprise, and entertainment, with senior representatives from Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Boeing, Honeywell, IHH Healthcare, Indian Space Research Organization, National Informatics Centre, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, and major integrators like Alpha Data PJSC.

The InfoComm India Summit featured speakers from 14 countries and achieved a 22% increase in attendance over 2024. More than 60 sessions led by 50+ industry experts consistently filled rooms, sparking lively engagement and reflecting the industry’s appetite for high-quality education.

InfoComm India 2025 brought together 12,606 unique attendees, including the industry’s most influential leaders, innovators, and high-quality buyers from across India and neighbouring countries. The three-day show was a dynamic hub of activity, featuring over 130 new product launches from 200 exhibiting companies spanning almost 9000 nett square meters.
