As part of the Advisory Group Programme, it aims to nurture leadership, develop and increase resources and deepen the awareness of InfoComm programmes and benefits among member companies – the Advisory Group Programme is meant to give regional InfoComm members a higher level of ownership.
By leveraging local knowledge and input, InfoComm’s programmes and initiatives are more likely to be successful in its endeavour to develop expanded valuable resources in the regional marketplace.
“It is great to see these established AV professionals volunteer their precious time to take an active role in developing the whole AV industry in our region”, said Rod Brown, CTS-D, CTS-I, Regional Director Oceania for InfoComm International. “The activities and discussions within this Advisory Group will also help InfoComm to optimise its services for its members and the industry.”
There are advisory groups for Australia, Hong Kong, India and Singapore, and each advisory group has been given the opportunity to develop an outcome-based project with a single goal.
