Atlona has promoted Jeff Meyer to senior international sales director, APAC, Southern and Northern Europe. Meyer was previously the company’s director of business development for the EMEA and APAC regions. He is based in the Varese area of Italy and will continue to report directly to Ronni Guggenheim, general manager, Atlona International.
Meyer has been with Atlona since October 2012, when he took on his previous position. According to Guggenheim, Meyer’s efforts during the last four years have contributed greatly to the company’s rapid rise in the pro AV industry and international sales growth, particularly in Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
“Jeff has been a major contributor to Atlona’s international business, helping to lay the foundation for our current sales and marketing strategy in key markets,” said Guggenheim.
“We look forward to many more fruitful years from his team as a result of his new expanded leadership role.”
Meyer has more than 16 years of experience in the pro AV and electronics industries. Other sales and management positions he held prior to joining Atlona include country manager, Italy, at InFocus (November 2008 – December 2010), regional sales manager Runco – EMEA at Planar Systems/Runco International (August 2007 – October 2008) and senior business development manager at Belkin International (July 2003 – March 2007).
