Issue 175: June 19, 2019
InfoComm 2019 saw over 44,000 visitors. The show floor was decently busy and there was certainly an air of energy over the three days. For me, the highlight of the show was the presentation by Joe Pham, President and CEO of QSC and current Chairman of the Board of Directors at AVIXA, who shared his vision and hopes for the AV industry. In essence, he wants to encourage the industry to transform and create a new economics for AV. I feel his presentation deserves a full write-up so look out for it soon. In this issue, we highlight more of what was shown at InfoComm. Our first news however touches on InfoComm China Beijing that will take place in July.
